1st time experience is marvelous, on that day only known the activity.

Which is hving lunch with all my colleagues.

With combination all races, so decided and no other option is hving lunch in Halal restaurant/café.

After Emergency Respond Team (ERT) training, in this case memang emergency… haha… follow few female Malays colleagues to this café.

But the problem is… they even don’t know where the exact location is?

So… once we reached at that area, hv to call another colleague to guide and lead us into that café.

Wau… when I reach there, it’s so amazed. The café is so big… giant… huge… in the jungle or inside the “kampong”

All of us sit on the special book “pondok” and lunch in big group, almost 50++ peoples including their families.

Because treated by company, so don’t ask me the price.

I just pay attention on the food…hehe…

Sorry, can’t comment about the food because I just eat and eat.

Then, I had visited 2nd time to there and hving lunch at here.

1st, the order and pay system is so high tech.

They’ll come and take order and then u’ll hv to take the chip-based card to counter make payment.

Ok, this time I can show u the food…but not all la.

Sirap bandung PMC Special RM7.00

My drink… nama special, but taste normal.

It’s complex, mix too much until I don’t what’s taste lo.

But if u ask me, taste nice ar?... the answer is… no.

Taste like Sirap bandung with ice-cream. That’s it~

Another weird thing is…the spoon.

They give a extremely no logic short spoon to me, which the length of the spoon is less than half of the cup.

When I want to hold the cup, it’s immediately shrink into the ground.

I hv 2 take it back to scoop the ice-cream.

The ice-cream… not homemade, just same like Nestle vanilla ice-cream.

I think they dint put the Ais Krim Soda…tertipu~

In fact, the menu is Sirap+Susu Kambing+Ais Krim Soda+Aiskrim

Ok, next we order vege to share among all.

Kailan Goreng

The taste ok, not bad, can try again nx time.

Next meal is our friend order, Arnab Grill.

The portion is so small.

But I think is because the rabbit size is too small, so they hv to serve in small portion gua… haha.

The taste? Don’t know.

But my friend comment that quite nice.

Will try it on nx visit.

Wahh… so big size le… Nasi Beriani Paha Kambing… RM18.80, consider cheap compare to Secret Recipe.

I had tried small piece on it, the meat is well cooked.

But if 1 person want to eat this, is quite full lo.

Recommend is better share with 2 persons.

Next, this meal is for share again.

Like food test… haha.

I like the curry taste, very nice.

This curry is very creamy and I think they put lots of Santan (coconut milk).

This R Arab (2kpg) Masalla is RM12… hmm…not cheap.

Tahdaaa… this is my Nasi Beriani Rusa. RM34.00.

Again, this is set lunch without beverage.

This set combine some rendang mutton and vege with soup but I don’t recall how they called.

The rendang mutton quick nice, but it only come with small portion…sigh.

With this price, consider cheap because they give lots of meat. It sliced into few pieces.

I have to chew until I can feel my gingival / muscle pain.

The meat is slightly overcooked.

A bit tasteless…sorry to say that. No sauce.

Nasi Beriani is rough, not nice if u compare to nasi kukus.

Nasi Beriani Ayam, RM14.70

Is set lunch exclude beverage.

Consider cheap.

Satay Ostrich (RM2.00 per stick) + Satay Rusa (RM2.50 per stick)

None of us able to identify which 1 is Ostrich meat and which 1 is Rusa.

The result is… just eat.

There’s nothing much different compare both meat.

The taste is slightly same.

Which 1 is rough, which 1 is not so rough… sorry… don’t know… haha.

Lamb Chop RM19.80

The appearance is so special when it start to be served.

The waiter will pour the sauce on top of the lamb, the sauce evaporated on the hot plate… wau…so amazing…

The taste? Didn’t try and no comment. But my friend said nice, can try it on next visit.

Ok… it’s time to pay the bill. The total is… RM241.80…oOoooo…average each person is about RM40.

Initially, I want to go to this place is because of the purple building and let the non-Penang Lang come over here snap photos.

Then, I also attracted by the deal by showing “SEMI BUFFET”. Means I can eat the food until full.

Only RM13.80 Day & Night SEMI BUFFET with a Main Course + Drink + Free Flow of Soup, Bread, Cake, Jelly, Ice Cream.

The non buffet style is the main course and beverage.

We had ordered each main course to taste it all.

1st, it comes with the Ice Lemon Tea.

The taste is not so heavy with lemon or tea, because it puts lots of ice cube.

The “semi buffet” hall (or called kitchen) where all the free flow foods at there, including soup with self service.

U’ll be amazed when u step into that hall, because the wall and the ground full of arts painting.

Let’s try the soup and the bread.

The soup is creamy and the taste is nice.

I think its mushroom soup.

Hmm… now is the main course time,

5" Grilled Chicken Burger (Grilled chicken with teriyaki sauce)

The potatoes are standard and nice. Not so salty or tasteless.

Like the chicken, well cook and the meat is so 弹牙.

Next, we choose Pizziola a.k.a Pizza Base with Roti Canai (Tuna, capsicum, onion & tomato concasse)

No different compare any pizza outside, can’t do like Pizza Hut advertisement… when u pull the pizza, the cheese will stick with it.

This pizza is tasty and crunchy, but what I don’t like is the base of the roti canai… is overheating until dark carbon on it.

Italian Pasta - Spaghetti Aglio Olio (Mushroom, basil leaf, chili flake & chicken ham cooked with olive oil)

Luckily the spaghetti was using olive oil, if not, am sure I’ll be fatter and fatter soon because it’s too oily.

The spaghetti is not so soft, maybe its Italian style.

Yaki Udon - Seafood Thailandia Yaki Udon (Stir fried Udon noodle with chicken, prawn, cabbage, carrot & onion in Tom Yam Sauce)

Hardly to find a nice Udon mee.

This Udon mee is slightly watery.

The taste is just nice.

The ingredient is putting some prawn and fishcake.

Finally the dessert time, cake and ice cream.

Coffee taste.

Sour taste, I think its mango.

Not sure what’s it. Like Guai Ling Gao.

This 1 should be putting.

Chocolate cake.

Banana cake.

Ice-cream time, I did it… let’s see the result.

With peppermint flavor and chocolate flavor. Not bad, I like it and take it twice.

But due to my non-Penang friends can’t enjoy it, so on behalf of it, I have to eat it 300g and giveaway another 100g.

Until I eaten the 3rd cup, the waiter / manager told me… next time only allowed free 100g per person. =.=||

Anyway this TF is self service.

3 sizes of cup.

I just take the small cup and put only few toppings with different flavors of Froyo.

I can’t recall the flavors what I had put.

Here’s the toppings you can choose.

This is my 2nd time eating Froyo. If compare Fruuze, TF is not so creamy compare to Fruuze.

But u’ll be more satisfied and enjoy if u did it by own.

The taste is nice and different compare with ice-cream, because its slightly sour compare ice-cream is only sweet.

This is the price without deduct the 100g.

Quite expensive compare to ice-cream, but nice to try.

Ohya…here is not shopping / eat for free…50cents per half hour.

Car parking ticket 50cents = 1/2 hour

the time I enter and see how much they charged later.

Anyway due to next day is some “clean” event…

Environment that we went on that day to redeem this voucher is a bit weird.

While we are eating half way, whole café is only left us, no other customers but am still enjoying the food.

The price for this deal is worth although the original price is RM26.57, we can get with only RM12.50.

Soup of the day is mushroom soup. Creamy, neither salty nor tasteless.

Ice Lemon Tea is “cukup rasa”… means sour enough for lemon taste. Some places the Ice Lemon Tea cant taste the Lemon, only Tea.

We ordered all sets available from this deal.

Nyonya Curry Pork

Sorry, is not halal.

What I like in this curry pork is the curry is cook with coconut milk, is so tasty and nice.

Perfect match with the white rice.

The meats are well cook, but not overcook.

The steamed rice is also nice, 一 粒粒的.

Chicken stuff with Ham & Mustard

From Aqape: deep fry chicken fillet stuff with ham and mustard, serve with french fries, toasted garlic bread and mix vegetable.

This food is special because it looks like Secret Recipe’s Chicken Cordon Bleu. But the different is they didn’t use cheese.

Inside this chicken stuff is with ham and sauce, and taste like mustard. But it’s not spicy at all. You should try this.

Pan Fry Fish Fillet with Tomato Sauce

From Aqape: Pan fry fish fillet top with home cook tomato sauce, serve with spaghetti carbonara, garlic bread and mix vegetable.

Again, so special about the food here.

Spaghetti mix with fish fillet.

The fish is well cook and quite thick, is not like other western food, which only serve a thin layer of fish fillet. That’s why I said its worth.

Ice Cream Dessert

They’ve 3 flavors to choose. Chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry.

The waitress is very polite and good serve although we are voucher’s gang. Some other places will serve us like “lower grade customer”.

The environment here is nice, with dim light. Relaxing and if u wish, u can sing “Karaoke”. But 4 of us a bit shy, so …skip this.

P/S: please pass your parking ticket to the waitress and they’ll waive it.
